We evaluate the business, its management team, market opportunity, and financial projections by reviewing financial statements and market research. We also conduct reference checks to ensure that the investment aligns with our mission and values.
Once we’ve decided to invest, we’ll typically negotiate the terms of the investment, including the amount of money to be invested, the investor’s share of the company, and the investors and the company’s respective rights and responsibilities.
